Meet the designer

 Stephanie Brown founded StepN2U Designs during the peak of the Covid pandemic. With so much time spent at home, there was interminable opportunities to use her innovation and imagination to reimage her view at home.  What was once a hobby turned into an entrepreneurship opportunity. With a eye for quality, consummate sense of style, and client-centered approach to business, Stephanie Brown has proven herself an innovative designer. She offers creativity, collaboration and a keen sense of focus to clients needs.    In her previous role, Stephanie dedicated her life as a first responder for over 20 years, a Critical Care Nurse. How fitting that StepN2U Designs  very first project was the new design of a medical office clinic, as well as an esthetics clinic. The feedback from the community, social and otherwise, was overwhelming and without a doubt, played a significant role in the the birth of StepN2U Designs.    Great designs, whether personal spaces or commercial properties, begin with a detailed understanding of clients’ needs and expectations. Stephanie's ability to develop client relationships based on respect, trust, and confidence is her driving force for the success of StepN2U Designs. Skilled at creating beautiful designs under a variety of budgets, styles, timeframes, and requirements, Stephanie guides her clients through every phase of the design process. She remains committed to developing valued relationships and helping clients reach the overall vision.    Stephanie earned a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, as well as Master's Degree in Nursing Administration. She also has an 10 year background in clinical software development. Though not the traditional route to becoming an Interior Designer, she is able to use her critical care skills to solve "a design problem and create and execute a "plan of care" to revive the clients space. She is also able to use her technology skills to provide seamless project management, create and submit client presentations electronically and manage critical milestones by the click of a button. In her spare time, Stephanie loves to spend time with family and friends, as well as traveling to experience new culture, traditions, food and experiences.
