Residential Consultation

One hour in-home visit for you to share current challenges and future vision for your space. It is also a time for the designer to showcase previous work, share business practices and discuss billing and fee structure. Within a week after the in-home visit, the designer will provide a proposal /contract for the work to be completed based on the information gathered from the consult. Once the proposal is accepted and contract signed, let the fun begin.
Commercial Consultation

One and a half hour in- business visit to become familiar with the organizations business model, brand and priorities for the design of the space. Also an opportunity for the designer to understand how workers function in the space ,which is very important as it relates to spatial planning. Day to day operations of the business and the physical space will also be assessed. Lighting consultation

- Two (2) vibe boards with specifications for furnishings, rugs, wallcoverings/paint, lighting and art/mirrors
- 60 minute e-design presentation
- One (1) revision after presentation of initial board
